About Me

I am 35 and am looking for a new look! I have an athletic shape but need to define my shape! I was 93 kg when I joined a gym 3 months ago! I am now 86kg! My shape has changed a little! Not as much as I would like! Still have a little belly fat and love handles I need to destroy! Not much movement in size as yet! Not sure if I'm plateauing?
