Never did any sports as a kid and definitely not into my late teens, all my friends started going to the gym in late high school and I decided I had had enough with being weak, small and chubby. I've been going for 2 years now and put on 12kg of muscle and I'm one of the strongest in my group of friends despite me starting later and never having any sports experience (all my friends are lean and sporty). I feel a lot better about my body now, but I'm ready to take my nutrition much more seriously as I still have a lot of fat to lose which is why I joined the 12 week shred challenge; I want to see some real change.
