I had always been athletic in my life all through high school. After that the studies became more advanced and demanded more time from me and my active lifestyle changed into a sedentiary one that mostly had me sitting down and eating crap. This continued for about 4 years and I was then at a point where I decided I have to change my lifestyle into a more fit one. I tried running here and there but I didn't really enjoy it much, eventhough I burned a lot of excess fat running I was getting more noticably skinny, I needed more muscle. Then in the fall of 2012 I started reading about weight training and going to the gym, I loved it! I have now been lifting since and gotten a lot bigger than I was, my biggest problem is sticking to a diet and cooking, staying on a clean bulk is hard for me since I often feel I don't have a choice for what to eat, of course that is only because of bad preparation from my side. In a couple of months I will be starting a cut and then I will have to depend a lot on my determination and motivation to stick to the mealplan I set up.
