About Me
In December 2015 I decided unhealthy and fat was not for me and I started making life changes. Change is slow but it's a marathon and not a sprint. In 2016 my body fat percentage changed with around 10% down. Challenge I am facing is I am the definition of an endomorph, I struggle to lose every little bit of fat but I gain muscle with ease. I am currently trying my best to use the muscle mass to my advantage, but leaning is still frustratingly slow. Even with that I am driven and my fire will not fade. Let’s see what 2017 holds.
