Growing up with my brother, raised by my father, I was always outdoors. I played basketball my whole life up until high school, when I started making bad decisions. Even though I worked out, I had a poor diet. After graduating high school I got lazy and only worked out every so often, and gained some weight. I have always wanted a muscular build, and have always had a dream to compete in a fitness competition. I have never been more motivated than I am now. I recently won a Biggest Loser competition at my work, with a weight loss of 20 lbs. I hit the gym 4 days a week and can't WAIT to start seeing results.
