I always was the fat kid when growing up, and it took getting through college and hitting a lifetime high of 270lbs for me to realize I needed to do something. It was quite the rollercoaster road starting from there. I went down to 200lbs, then back up to 250, then struggled to get down for a while. Then in Januray 2011 I decided I had enough and I really committed to a bodyweight program. Then from there on I started playing around with workout DVDs like P90X and Tapout XT and had great results with them! There have been down times in my quest for fat loss, but I haven't stopped working out and now never will. I joined a gym in June this year and I LOVE it. It's hard for me to stay away from the gym now! I still struggle keeping my diet in check. It's a work in progress!
