About Me   

I'm 32 years old and have been working out for around 4 years now. My daily calorie intake is about 1800-2400 calories. Depends on what kind of day I have. My protein intake is around 160g each day but I keep my carbs and fat very low. I eat a piece of whole wheat bread in the morning and a small cup of brown rice in the afternoon and that's about all the carbs I get. It's really hard for me to gain muscle without gaining fat on the belly area aswell so I eat less calories than I really should. And therefore my muscle building process is really slow.
