About Me
I've been thin all my life and, because of it, always felt self-conscious and wanted to work out to gain muscle. Funny thing though, I never did anything about it. Now that I'm in my forties, I've begun to develop love handles a bit of a belly, and it is this change in my body, that has fired me up to do something about it!
