Hi my name is Florence. I was 45 kg. I had operation in 2012 and since then I kept putting on weight. In 2015 I was about 67 kg and then reduced to 55kg due dengue. Currently I weigh 59 kg. I started workout and follow diet, it been 3 weeks but there is no sign of weight loss. I want to reduce fat contain in my body. And due operation the tummy area is loose. I m not sure what should I do. Please help
