About Me   

Weighing in at 230 5 years ago, as a new years resolution I decided to lose weight. I began running 1 mile every night for 6 months straight. I choose salad over pizza, I choose to cook instead of eating out. After 6 months of hard work I dropped down to 165 pounds. The next 3 years I began weight lifting, being a newbie in the gym I never realized how diet and work outs go hand and hand. Lifting 3 to 4 days a week I bulked back up to 190. The summer of 2013 I found my passion in life to become a personal trainer.I figured if I'm going to be a personal trainer, your body is your billboard. I began researching healthy foods and became strict on diet and went from 190 to 158 of lean muscle mass. As of 3/07/2014 my current weight is 170Ibs just as lean as I was at 158Ibs. My goal is to inspire others into changing their life around, and be as helpful as possible and opening others eyes into the world of weight lifting! "Once the body and mind has been awaken to it's full potential, it's impossible to turn back"
