I had always been over weight, as have my parents. I was often bullied for my weight. I got through high school and college age reached my heaviest weight during my second year of university reaching 19 stone (266 lbs) During the end of my second year a sought a way to change myself... That's when I found Scott Herman fitness, his videos helped me make my meal plan and workouts. Years went by and the pounds dropped off, as my body became used to training the diet became more refined and tweaked, more intense, higher weight, higher frequency etc. I went from a 3 day to a 6 day split. I always loved superheroes and after changing so dramatically I feel truly empowered and inspired and love to learn as well teach and inspire others.
