About Me

My name is Cameron I'm a 21yr old bodybuilder from Newcastle Australia. I started lifting when I was 19yrs old in a local gym 100m from my house. I always wanted to go to the gym and be big and strong and have a physique like a Super Saiyan or a WWE wrestler ever since I was a kid. Plus my step dad was always doing weights at home and was big and strong which made me inspired more and more. But I had a massive phobia of what others would think of me in the gym and never went cause I didn't want to look weak Infront of my friends as I was suppose to be the tough kid nobody messed with in the area. It wasn't until my close mates dragged me to the gym and said to me they would show me what to do and how to build muscle properly that I got up and went. Trained the first week with my friend and I was absolutely loving it! I'll never forget the feeling of my first leg session and the next few days after hobbling around and dodging the toilet as much as possible. But after that first week I went back up on the Monday and my mate couldn't make it because of work so I was up there alone didn't know what to do or how to train and I was hating it, hating that I had to depend on somebody else to train. I ended up training with another bloke I met there prior that week just to get through that day and then went home that night, had dinner then went straight on YouTube and typed in chest workout. First video that I clicked on was a bloke named Scott Herman and was like "that's what I want to look like his even all around and his abs are just popping" watched his chest workout video then seen he had a workout for every muscle type! I was blown away I then followed him and started training that week on my own doing all his workouts in a order that I thought was suitable. Did that for about 3 months and changed incredibly quick. From there I learnt more and more just researching on the web trying new things and listening to what other people would recommend in the gym. Still to this day I have Scotts videos to thank where I have come from in body building it has been a massive help with my fitness as well. My goal now is to train to competition level staying all natural and seeing what I can get my physique too naturally. The journey has only just begun....
