About Me
I was an athlete growing up, playing hockey, taking part in swimming, and martial arts. I fell out of them all but martial arts eventually. Then I went into the Marine Corps. right out of high school and was injured during my time in service. I came home and began my journey into fitness and as a fitness professional. Now I train and help others to learn how to train effectively so they don't hurt themselves.
