About Me
I have been addicted to fitness for almost 8 years now. I was never physically active, and had a bad relationship with food. A huge emotional eater. I have since lost about 65 pounds and have been up and down in my goals. At one point lost way too much weight, all I did was cardio.. dropped to about 107 lbs looking ill. With all I have learned over the years, I believe to be in a better place, have gained weight and muscle..and wish to continue in this journey and hopefully inspire others.
