What about the Oikos triple zero yogurt? I've been buying it for the past two years.

@daneffler That's not too bad! As long as you are fitting it into your daily macros and you're making it work, that's fine. Obviously the protein is a little lower and carbs are a little higher than the Walmart brand, but not too much difference.

WOW, I know what I'm shopping for when I get yogurt now.  Just started eating it a week ago after I joined this site and I'm liking it but this will save me money and be even better for me.  Many many thanks, Scott.

@alister yeah and if you want fruit.. just add your own!  never buy yogurt WITH fruit.. it is all artificial garbage! 😁

Hey!

My stores are only selling 10% Fat greek yoghurts..

However the turkisk are available in lower % fat, should i roll with them instead?

What is most important is the carbs/sugar.  Get whatever has the lowest carbs/sugar and the most protein!
