I started to go to the gym at 17 years old to lose weight. After a few months, I reach 67kg but decided to continue in bodybuilding. During one year I "trained" with friends of mine, but not really well. At 19, I changed my training partners to train with people more experimented. I reached 75kg in July 2011. I began to take dietary complements after this. In April 2012, I went to FIBO Power in Germany, which gave me a huge slap in my face: I met Dexter Jackson, Dennis Wolf and so many other great bodybuilders. I wanted to become a monster! I met a dietetist in July 2012, and he became a good friend. Results came "easier" (but nothing is easy). I focused more and more on my purpose. Today, in December 2013, my weight is 88kg, I never felt so good and I know I can't stop this way of life. I had to do many sacrifices to achieve my goals, but I know that's worthy. Maybe you'll think I'm ugly, but if you read what I wrote, you'll know that I don't care!
