About Me
I am 45 years old and found out from my doctor that I was 272 lbs, and it was a day of decision that I was never going to be that heavy again. That was about 4 months ago and I am just under 240 lbs, and determined to get close to 200 lbs. My goal weight will depend on my fitness level when I get close to 210. My goal on this site is to stay informed and motivated to continue losing weight and building some muscle mass and strength. I am a member of 24Hour fitness but was not going regularly until recently.
