About Me
Husband and Father who wants to start working out to build muscle and tone for my body. Due to health issues I am on special Ketogenic Diet restrictions, so have been eating really healthy but not working out or exercising at all for last 3-4 years. I use to play soccer and run cross country in College over a decade ago but have not really worked out since and need to get my life exercise and health goals back on track! Here we go!
