Looking for a high protein snack perfect for your PRE or POST workout meal? These crepes are quick and easy to make and you have two options to choose from. If you like more of a salty tasting snack try the Turkey & Cheese crepe. For more of a sweet tasting treat, try the Peanut Butter & Banana crepe!
Serving Size: 2 crepes

Ingredients:
1 egg
1 egg white
3 tablespoons of almond milk
1 scoop of SYNTHA-6 ISOLATE
Directions:
Crack open one egg into a bowl.
Crack open another egg, but only put the egg white in the bowl.
Add 3 tablespoons of almond milk to bowl.
Add 1 scoop of SYNTHA-6 ISOLATE to the bowl
Stir ingredients until mixture is smooth.
Pour half of the mixture onto skillet.
Use a spoon to spread mixture into a thin pancake.
Wait 30 seconds to 1 minute and then flip the crepe and cook the other side.
Now follow the direction below for the crepe you would like to make.

Ingredients:
1 slice of turkey breast per crepe
¼ cup fat free mozzarella cheese
Split the ¼ cup between both crepes
Instructions:
Place 1 slice of turkey breast on one half of the crepe.
Spread half of the ¼ cup of mozzarella cheese on the other half of the crepe.
Wait 30 seconds to 1 minute and then fold the crepe in half pressing the cheese and turkey slice together and remove crepe from skillet.
Repeat entire process to make the second serving.

Ingredients:
½ of a banana per crepe
1 tablespoon of natural peanut butter (Teddy’s)
Remove crepe from skillet and place it on a plate.
Spread 1 tablespoon of peanut butter over one side of the crepe.
Cut up ½ of a banana into thin slices and spread them over the peanut butter.
Fold crepe in half and repeat the process for the second crepe.
**Optional: Add some fat free whip cream to each crepe for extra flavor.
