Valentine's Day is just around the corner, and if you forgot to get your other half a gift this year, it’s not too late to surprise them with a delicious treat that’s good for your relationship goals, and your gym goals!

Serving Size: 1 Cup (Entire Recipe)

  • Calories: 122
  • Protein: 16 grams
  • Carbs: 9 grams
  • Fat: 3 grams


Cooking Instructions


Ingredients:

  • 180g protein Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 5 strawberries
  • Nuts (of your choice)



Directions:

  1. Mix Greek yogurt with honey.

  2. Put your strawberries into a cup.

  3. Mash the strawberries together into a puree.

  4. Put Greek yogurt with honey into another cup.

  5. Place the strawberry puree on top of the Greek yoghurt.

  6. Top with nuts

  7. Enjoy!
