So, is it Summer yet? No? Dang! Well, this delicious salsa will make you at least think about Summer! Use this as a topping for your favorite fish, chicken or even steak, it's great on everything!

Since this recipe is so low carb low fat, feel free to indulge yourself here and if you’re tired of the same old bland chicken/fish, rice and broccoli game, this will surely sweeten the deal!

The flavor is impeccable, one that will surely make you think of summertime, even when it’s snowing!

Serving Size: ¼ Cup (Makes 6 – 7 servings)

  • Calories: 20 grams

Cooking Instructions


  • 3/4 Cup Strawberries, finely diced

  • 3/4 Cup Mangos, finely diced

  • 1/4 Cup Red Onion, finely chopped

  • 6 Basil Leaves, finely chopped

  • 1 TBSP Fresh Lemon Juice

  • 1/4 tsp. Sea Salt

  • 1/4 tsp. Black Pepper


  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.

  2. Place bowl in the fridge for 1 – 2 hours before serving.

  3. Enjoy!

Very tastey addition to chicken and brown rice. I would cut the onion down to less than 1/4 the next time I make it, and maybe experiment with pineapple over mago for a sweeter flavor.

I like to add salsa to everything! Actually, I have a Brazilian salsa I make all the time. I should probably make an articel out of it :)

It's awesome! I prefer it on top of steak or fish myself!
