Spicy Chicken Avocado Wraps

Cooking Instructions


  • Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast

  • Water with Lemon

  • 2/3 of an Avocado

  • 2 cups of Chopped & Steamed Zucchini

  • Minced Onion Flakes

  • Chilli Pepper Flakes

  • 1 TBSP Fresh Lime Juice

  • Collard Greens


  1. Boil skinless, boneless chicken breasts in water (with fresh squeezed lemon).

  2. Once the chicken is cooked, strain it and add 6 oz of this chicken to a food processor.

  3. To the food processor, add 2/3 of an avocado and 2 cups of chopped & steamed zucchini.

  4. Season with minced onion flakes, chili pepper flakes and 1 TBSP of freshly squeezed lime juice.

  5. Process in the food processor (don’t over-process, or else it will become a paste).

  6. Divide into 2 portions (place in the fridge for the next day).

  7. Wash and dry collard greens. Cut off the stems.

  8. Placed the chicken salad onto 1 collard green. Roll into a wrap. This makes about 3-4 wraps per serving.
