Cooking Instructions
Ingredients:
1 Packet (8 oz) of House Foods Tofu Shirataki Noodles Macaroni
4 oz Shrimp
1 cup of Cremini Mushrooms
1/8 cup of Daiya Vegan Cheese (or if you prefer, add 1 TBSP of nutritional yeast).
2 TBSP of Walden Farms Calorie Free Pasta Sauce Alfredo.

Directions:
Prepare the Macaroni - Drain and thoroughly rinse 1 package (8 oz) House Foods Tofu Shirataki Noodles Macaroni (USA Shoppers). Canadian shoppers please click Tofu Shirataki MACARONI.
This is a low calorie/low carb/gluten-free pasta alternative made from blending the root of the Konnyaku (a member of the yam family) and tofu.
Boil for 2-3 min and then dry very well (these are the instructions on the package but I skip this step because I'm lazy).
Because I hate fussing in the kitchen, I just toss the drained macaroni noodles into my non-stick skillet with the mushrooms, shrimp, alfredo sauce and vegan cheese. Quick and easy!
Add the fixins - On a non-stick skillet (or use non-stick cooking spray), cook the shrimp (Feel free to substitute with chicken), mushrooms, cheese and sauce.
Add black pepper.
Serve and Enjoy!
