My friend Tiffany Stanley makes the most AMAZING banana bread...so I decided to make my own version!
This yields a pretty large loaf. I cut it into 8 generous pieces.

Cooking Instructions
Ingredients:
2 mashed ripe bananas
1 cup almond flour
1/4 cup coconut flour
2 TBSP extra virgin coconut oil
1/2 cup egg whites
1/2 cup Walden Farms Calorie Free/Sugar Free Pancake Syrup
1 tsp baking soda
2 TBSP dark chocolate chips (>70%)
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F.
Mix all ingredients in a larage bowl.
Place into a silicone loaf pan sprayed with PAM and bake for ~35 minutes. Do the toothpick test to confirm it is fully cooked.
