Cooking Instructions
Ingredients:
1 scoop of Bodybuilding.com 100% Caesin - Vanilla
1 TBSP All Natural Crunchy Peanut Butter
1 Cup of Unsweetened Almond Milk
1/4 tsp Gluten-Free Xanthan Gum
1 Quest Protein PB Cup
Directions:
Add the ingredients (except the PB Cup) to a large bowl and mix with an electric hand mixer for 10 minutes (this creates the fluff).
Cut 1 Quest Protein PB cup into tiny pieces using a sharp knife.
Pour the fluff into a dessert bowl.
Garnish with the PB cup pieces.
It yields quite a large portion, so unless you are He-Man, I recommend eating half and placing the other half in the fridge for the following evening.
