Many of you who are intermittent fasting have been complaining to me that you have a hard time "eating ALL your calories" during a 4 or 8 hour eating window. You write to me saying, "Sara, I'm struggling to eat that much in a short amount of time".
Really? I've never had that problem! I could eat everything AND MORE during my 4 hour eating window! lol.
Nevertheless, I heard your complaint, and devised this 400-calorie recipe because it will help you reach your caloric goals quickly and easily with just one snack! Plus it has ~40 grams of protein!

Cooking Instructions
Ingredients:
P28 Flat Bread
1/2 a mashed medium banana
3 TBSP nonfat Greek Yogurt
1 TBSP original or chocolate PB2
1/4 scoop BSN Syntha-6 Whey (Chocolate Cake Batter Flavour)
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees F.
Make the Tortillas by first spraying a cookie sheet with PAM non-stick cooking spray.
Get scissors and cut one P28 Flat Bread into zillions of little triangles (see photo).
Lay them flat on the cookie sheet.
Place in the oven for 4 minutes and then turn the oven off… just leave them in the oven for another 3-4 supervised minutes until they are crispy (don’t burn them!).
Make the Chocolate Banana Peanut Butter Dip by mixing all ingredients apart from the flat bread into a bowl.
ENJOY your Nachos & Dip!
NOTE: you can use many options for your dip, such as salsa, guacamole or hummus.
