This No-Bake Recipe Takes 3 Minutes To Prepare

Serving Size: Approx. 4 pieces of Bark

  • Calories: 240

  • Protein: 11.1 grams

  • Carbs: 11.4 grams

  • Fat: 17 grams

Cooking Instructions


  • 1 TBSP extra virgin coconut oil

  • 1/2 scoop of BSN Syntha-6 Whey (Cinnamon Bun)

  • 1 tsp Walden Farms Calorie Free/Sugar Free Pancake syrup

  • Toppings:

  • 1 TBSP Raisins


  1. In a small bowl, mix all ingredients.

  2. Spread the mixture thinly on a plate covered in plastic wrap. Don’t worry about being neat and tidy.

  3. Top with 1 TBSP of raisins.

  4. Place in the freezer for ~60 minutes until it sets.

  5. Once it’s set, break the bark into pieces. Eat immediately before it melts, or store the rest in the freezer for later!

  6. Enjoy!
