Cooking Instructions
Ingredients:
- 100g melted dark chocolate
- 30g chocolate protein powder
- 6 Tbsp low fat milk
- 3 Tbsp peanut butter
- 5 tsp xylitol
Directions:
- Mix the first three ingredients together (dark chocolate, protein powder and milk).
- Put your peanut butter in a separate bowl and then mix the peanut butter with the xylitol.
- Put one layer of the chocolate mixture into the muffin cups.
- Add a second layer from the peanut butter mixture.
- Add a final layer of the chocolate mixture on top.
- Place in the freezer 60 - 120 minutes.
- Enjoy!
