Peanut Butter & Chocolate Protein Muffins

This snack is great if you want something sweet but healthy. Preparing it is quick and easy too!

  • Protein: 4.4 grams

Cooking Instructions


  • 100g melted dark chocolate
  • 30g chocolate protein powder
  • 6 Tbsp low fat milk
  • 3 Tbsp peanut butter
  • 5 tsp xylitol


  1. Mix the first three ingredients together (dark chocolate, protein powder and milk).

  2. Put your peanut butter in a separate bowl and then mix the peanut butter with the xylitol.

  3. Put one layer of the chocolate mixture into the muffin cups.

  4. Add a second layer from the peanut butter mixture.

  5. Add a final layer of the chocolate mixture on top.

  6. Place in the freezer 60 - 120 minutes.

  7. Enjoy!

I tried this last night. They are more like a peanut butter cup. But they are good
