Cooking Instructions



  • 2 Cups Skim Milk
  • 1 Greek Yogurt (Blueberry)
  • ½ Cup Frozen Blueberries
  • 2 tbsp Peanut Butter
  • 2 Scoops Whey Protein
  • 3 Ice Cubes


For best mixing results, add to blender in the following order:

  1. Milk

  5. Ice
