Cooking Instructions
Ingredients:
1/2 scoop of Syntha-6 Isolate Peanut Butter Cookie
1/2 banana (mashed)
2 TBSP egg whites
1 TBSP Walden Farms sugar free Pancake Syrup (or sweetener of choice)
1 TBSP ground flaxseed meal
Pinch of baking powder
Icing ingredients:
1/2 scoop of Syntha-6 Isolate Peanut Butter Cookie
1 TBSP Walden Farms sugar free Pancake Syrup (or sweetener of choice)
A sparing amount of water (not too much, you want the icing to be thick)
Directions:
Mix the ingredients in a bowl (by hand) and then pour the batter into a mug coated with non-stick cooking spray.
Microwave for 2 minutes.
Invert the mug to drop the cake onto a plate.
Top with Icing. To make the icing, mix the icing ingredients in a bowl.
