Serving Size: Entire Recipe (With Chocolate Chips)

  • Calories: 145

  • Protein: 7.3 grams

  • Carbs: 30.3 grams

  • Fat: 4 grams

Cooking Instructions


Ingredients:

  • 1/3 of a cup of All-Bran Buds into a bowl

  • 3 TBSP Walden Farms Calorie Free/Sugar Free Pancake Syrup

  • 2 TBSP PB2 (watch my PB2 video taste test and review below)

  • 1 tsp of >70% dark chocolate chips (optional)

Directions:

  1. Mix these ingredients together and then pack them firmly into a small dish lined with plastic wrap (for ease of removal).

  2. Place in the fridge for a couple of hours to set it. If you are impatient, place it in the freezer for 20-30 minutes.

  3. Cut and serve.

  4. Enjoy!
