No-Bake Coconut Cake

Cooking Instructions

Ingredients (Cake):

  • 1 cup almonds
  • 1 cup dried dates
  • 1 cup dried coconut
  • 100ml water

Ingredients (Topping):

  • 1 avocado
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 quark
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder



  1. Put almonds into a blender and blend into a fine crumb-like mixture.

  2. Add almonds into a larger bowl with dates, coconut and water, and blend together.

  3. Put the mixture into the bottom of a cake pan, pushing it flat with your hands.

  4. Put avocado, quark, bananas, cocoa powder and honey into another large bowl and blend together.

  5. Put the avocado mixture on top of the almond layer.

  6. Top with dried coconut.

  7. Put the cake into the fridge overnight for it to set properly.

  8. Enjoy!
