Cooking Instructions
Ingredients (Cake):
- 1 cup almonds
- 1 cup dried dates
- 1 cup dried coconut
- 100ml water
Ingredients (Topping):
- 1 avocado
- 2 bananas
- 1 quark
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
Directions:
- Put almonds into a blender and blend into a fine crumb-like mixture.
- Add almonds into a larger bowl with dates, coconut and water, and blend together.
- Put the mixture into the bottom of a cake pan, pushing it flat with your hands.
- Put avocado, quark, bananas, cocoa powder and honey into another large bowl and blend together.
- Put the avocado mixture on top of the almond layer.
- Top with dried coconut.
- Put the cake into the fridge overnight for it to set properly.
- Enjoy!
