Screw Chicken, I Want Protein Ice Cream!

Man, this ice cream is mint! (That was a double entendre: mint as in "excellent" and mint as in a "flavour").

Everybody knows that mint chocolate chip ice cream is the best ice cream flavour in the world. Anyone who does not like mint chocolate chip ice cream either has broken taste buds or no life, or both.

Serving Size: 1 Serving

  • Calories: 160

  • Protein: 12.1 grams

  • Carbs: 10.8 grams

  • Fat: 7.6 grams

Cooking Instructions


  • 1 cup Silk Brand Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk

  • 2 TBSP Walden Farms Calorie Free Marshmallow Dip

  • 1/2 scoop of BSN Syntha-6  Chocolate Mint Protein Powder

  • 1 tsp >70% Chocolate Chips


  1. Blend the ingedients in a Magic Bullet or Blender.

  2. Add the first three ingredients to your ice cream machine (turn the machine ON before adding the mixture).

  3. Then add the tsp >70% Chocolate Chips.

  4. It takes about 15-20 minutes in the machine. Once it's ready, turn off the machine and immediately remove the ice cream from the ice cream bowl.

  5. Enjoy!
