Enjoy a Colossal Portion of Pasta - Minus the Guilt!
This is my Tofu Shirataki Pasta with Chicken, Bok Choy, Sundried Tomato and Spicy Cheesy Sauce.

Ingredients:
1 package (8 oz) Tofu Shirataki Fettuccine Shaped Noodle Substitute
Bok Choy
Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
1 TBSP Nutritional Yeast
1 TBSP Sundried Tomato Bits
Seasoning (Salt-Free Mrs. Dash, Pepper, Hot Chilli Pepper Flakes
Directions:
Prepare the Fettuccine - Drain and thoroughly rinse 1 package (8 oz) Tofu Shirataki Fettuccine Shaped Noodle Substitute (USA Shoppers). Canadian shoppers please click here. (This is a low calorie/low carb/gluten-free pasta alternative made from blending the root of the Konnyaku (a member of the yam family) and tofu).
Boil for 2-3 min.
Dry very well.
Wash the bok choy.
Cut off the base of the bok choy and measure 1 cup of it.
Steam the bok choy by placing it in a pot of boiling water. Cover and steam for 5 minutes or until the leaves are tender.
On a non-stick skillet (or use non-stick cooking spray), grill a skinless chicken breast.
cut into bite-size pieces and measure 4 oz using your kitchen scale.
Combine all of your Ingredients and Season.

NOTE: Hot chill pepper flakes or cut up a mini hot pepper. Hot peppers are a great way to kick your metabolism up a notch.
