Cooking Instructions
Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp stevia
- 30g milled oats
- ½ scoop of chocolate protein powder
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 3 drops of vanilla extract
- 1 egg
Directions:
- Mix all ingredients together into bowl.
- Put little bit of coconut oil on a plate (to stop the cookie from sticking).
- Add your mixture onto the plate and form a cookie (or multiple cookies if you prefer).
- Place in the microwave for 1 minute.
- Add some peanut butter as a topping.
- Enjoy!
