It only takes one minute for your cookie to be done! It’s macro friendly, and you can choose to make a few mini cookies, or one giant cookie!

Serving Size:  1 Cookie (Recipe Makes 1 Big Cookie)

  • Calories: 301
  • Protein: 15.1 grams
  • Carbs: 22.8 grams
  • Fat: 15 grams

Cooking Instructions


  • 1 tbsp stevia
  • 30g milled oats
  • ½ scoop of chocolate protein powder
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 3 drops of vanilla extract
  • 1 egg


  1. Mix all ingredients together into bowl.

  2. Put little bit of coconut oil on a plate (to stop the cookie from sticking).

  3. Add your mixture onto the plate and form a cookie (or multiple cookies if you prefer).

  4. Place in the microwave for 1 minute.

  5. Add some peanut butter as a topping.

  6. Enjoy!
