  • Carbs: 69.3 grams

Cooking Instructions


Ingredients:

  • 1 banana
  • 30 g old fashioned oats
  • 1 scoop of whey protein powder (chocolate, or any flavor you enjoy)
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 200 ml low fat milk


Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender.

  2. Blend until there are no lumps in your shake.

  3. Enjoy!

I would add those weights into the recipe... maybe look like this...

Would you consider this a post workout drink or meal replacement or maybe both ?

@kerrboy5000 could be one or the other or it could be both! Plenty of calories to substitute for a meal if you really need it, but it could just fill a gap after training before your real meal too.
