Halloween Pumpkin Oranges

Healthy Halloween!

Gothmas (aka Halloween) is fast approaching. Here's a quick & easy Halloween snack your kids and company will love.

Oh, and unlike conventional sugary Halloween treats, this won't give you Hallowbetes. Orange you glad you found my website?

RANT: If your trainer says you're not allowed to eat Quest Bars or Fruit, then run away from this trainer as fast as you can! Please read my eBook about Flexible Dieting and Intermittent Fasting.  Also notice the photo I posted of my shredded abs at the bottom of this recipe post. I snapped this photo today. I look like this every single day. I also eat fruit (at night ... OMG carbs at night!) and 2 Quest Bars nightly. Just saying.

Cooking Instructions

Ingredients:

  • Orange, mandarin or a clementine.

  • Select a dark brown coloured Quest Bar. You have 3 options: Double Chocolate Chunk, Chocolate Brownie or Chocolate Peanut Butter.

Directions:

  1. Peel your fruit of choice (orange, mandarin or clementine).

  2. Cut ~1/8th of the Quest bar to create the stem. Bend it to mimic the "subtle curve" of real pumpkin stems.

  3. Push the Quest Bar into the top of the orange. Push it real good. DONE!

  4. Enjoy!
