Who doesn’t love pancakes? Pancakes are super to start your day with – the ultimate breakfast! There are a lot of variations but these are very simple and quick.

Cooking Instructions


  • 140g Greek yogurt
  • 1 banana
  • 2 whole eggs
  • 1 scoop of chocolate protein powder


  1. Put 1/2 banana, 2 whole eggs, and 1 scoop of protein into your blender.

  2. Mix all ingredients together.

  3. Pour some coconut oil onto a griddle.

  4. Pour the pancake mixture onto the hot griddle and make 4 pancakes.

  5. Flip each pancake when the edges start brown.

  6. Serve with more plain Greek yogurt and 1/2 a banana.

  7. Top with zero calorie syrup.

  8. Enjoy!
