Cooking Instructions
Ingredients:
2 GG Scandinavian Bran Crispbreads
3 oz crab meat
1/4 cup egg whites
1/2 cup spinach
1 tsp dehydrated onion flakes
1/2 tsp chili pepper flakes
Pepper
Squeeze the juice from ½ a lime
1 TBSP Extra VIrgin Coconut Oil
Directions:
Place 2 GG Scandinavian Bran Crispbreads into a spice/coffee grinder or Magic Bullet and grind into crumbs.
Then also add the crab meat, egg whites, spinach, onion flakes, pepper and lime juice to the mixer and blend.
Add 1 TBSP extra virgin coconut oil (EVCO) to a skillet. Or save on calories and fat by using a non-stick cooking spray (PAM).
Divide the crab mixture into small cakes on the skillet. Cook 3-4 minutes each side.
