Cooking Instructions
Ingredients:
1 scoop BSN ISOBURN whey (chocolate milkshake)
1 TBSP ground flax seed meal
2.5 TBSP All Natural Crunchy peanut butter
Directions:
Thoroughly mix all the ingredients in a bowl (add a little water if necessary; 1 tbsp at a time).
Use a tablespoon to form half-spheres (place them into mini silicone baking cups so they won't stick) and place in freezer for 2 hours before eating (if time is an issue, you can eat them right away, but they taste better when frozen).
