Chocolate Avocado Dessert Pudding

Avocado in my Dessert?

I know what you are thinking:  GROSS-A-LOSSE & VOMIT-INDUCING!!!  A dessert made with avocado??   Just trust me on this one!  I promise once you try my pudding, you will instantly feel the glow of total joy spreading throughout your body ... otherwise known as entering into a state of "AVOCADOPIA".

Serving Size: 1 Serving of only the Whey and Avocado

  • Calories: 261

  • Protein: 13 grams

  • Carbs: 16.1 grams

Cooking Instructions


  • 1 Avocado (Try to find a ripe/mushy one)

  • 1/2 scoop of BSN Syntha-6 Whey (Chocolate Milkshake Flavour)

  • Water

  • Cinnamon (Optional)

  • 1 scoop of Chocolate Flavored Stevia Powder (Optional)

  • Raw Cacao Nibs (Optional)


  1. Slice 1 ripe (ie. mushy) avocado in half, remove the pit (Note: store unripe avocados on the counter and ripe avocados in the fridge).

  2. Place one half into a bowl, return the other half to the fridge for another day.

  3. Mash the avocado in the bowl with a fork until it is smooth and creamy. This represents ~1/3 cup of pureed avocado.

  4. Add 1/2 scoop of BSN Syntha-6 Whey.

  5. Slowly add water while stirring until a creamy pudding consistency is achieved. Blend this with the avocado.

  6. Optional: Sprinkle with cinnamon, add a scoop of chocolate flavoured stevia powder, add 1 tsp of raw cacao nibs.

  7. Enjoy!
