Chicken Crust Pizza!

This ain't no conventional pan pizza! Mine has a different kind of crust. Oh, and it's gluten and dairy free, just in case! (I know some of you have intolerances).

Serving Size: 2 Slices (Half of the Pizza)

  • Calories: 254.5

  • Protein: 23 grams

  • Carbs: 8 grams

Cooking Instructions


Ingredients:

  1. 8oz Extra Lean Ground Chicken

  2. 1 TSP Falx seed

  3. Sprinkling of seasoning (of your choice)

  4. 1-2 TBSP Tomato Sauce

  5. 1 TBSP Natural Yeast

  6. 1/8 Cup Daiya Cheese

  7. Spinach

  8. Broccoli

  9. Tomato 

  10. Mushrooms

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. Line a cake (round) pan with aluminium foil.

  3. Dump chicken into the pan.

  4. Add flax seed and seasoning, and mix it all together to form the pizza base.

  5. Add tomato sauce to half of the pizza, then add yeast to the same half.

  6. Add cheese to the opposite half of the pizza.

  7. Next, add all of your toppings, and finish off with a little more cheese.

  8. Cook in the oven for 25-30 minutes.

  9. Remove from pan and cut into quarters.

  10. Enjoy!

NOTE: Don't forget to wash your hands after handling the raw chicken to avoid food contamination!
