  • Calories: 245

  • Protein: 18.8 grams

  • Carbs: 20.7 grams

  • Fat: 10.1 grams

Cooking Instructions


  • 2 cups raw Cauliflower

  • 1/3 cup Daiya Dairy Free Cheese Shreds

  • 1/4 cup Egg Whites

  • Seasons (pepper, Mrs. Dash, etc)

  • 1 oz Chicken

  • Toppings of Choice (ie. mushrooms, green peppers, etc)

  • 1 tsp Walden Farms Calorie Free Tomato & Basil Sauce


  1. Place the first four ingredients into a blender and mix well.

  2. Line a cake/baking tray with tinfoil, pour the blended mixture into it and flaten it with a spoon.

  3. Cook in the oven for 40-ish minutes.

  4. Add tomato sauce to the cooked base, and sprinkle with some more cheese.

  5. Place chicken on top and season, then cook in the 350 degree oven for 10 minutes.

  6. Enjoy!
