Ok, so my challenge was to re-work this recipe to make it lower in calories and carbs, but still high in protein.
I confess I'm "lazy" in the kitchen, so I wanted to make this recipe have as few steps and ingredients as possible. #DontJudgeMe #WantFoodNow

Cooking Instructions
Ingredients:
1/4 cup rolled oats
1/2 scoop BSN Syntha-6 Cinnamon Bun Protein Powder
1/2 cup egg whites
Pinch of cinnamon and nutmeg
1/2 of a Gala apple diced into small cubes
Toppings:
2 TBSP Walden Farms Sugar Free Pancake Syrup (You can substitute with unsweetened apple sauce if you prefer)
The remaining 1/2 of the diced Gala apple
Pinch of cinnamon and nutmeg
NOTE: You can place the topping into a bowl and "bake it" in the microwave it if you prefer a "baked apple" topping.
Directions:
In a bowl, mix the ingredients by hand until it makes pancake batter.
Pour this mixture into a skillet coated with non-stick cooking spray (medium heat).
Cook on one side until lightly browned.
Flip with a spatula to cook the other side.
