If you are on the go, a protein shake is an excellent way to get your nutrients without blowing your diet.
But who said you need to stick with the same old protein powder and water?
This cake batter protein shake is extra creamy and is packed with protein making it the perfect pre or post workout meal!

Cooking Instructions
Ingredients:
1 cup of almond milk
1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
1/2 of a frozen banana to make it nice and thick
4 tbsp of low fat cottage cheese
4 packets of sweetener, we use Stevia
3 tbsp of egg whites from the carton but you can also use 1 egg white
1 teaspoon of coconut oil
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
8 drops of butter extract
Ice
Directions:
No secret here! Just throw all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour in a glass and to make it true cake batter style and top it off with sprinkles!
And there you have it! A delicious shake that will make you feel like you are cheating! But you are not! :)
TIP: If you are looking for a low fat option, you can completely cut out the coconut oil from the list of ingredients.
