Cooking Instructions


Ingredients:

  • 1 5 oz chicken breast

  • ¾ cottage cheese

  • ½ cup non-fat sour cream

  • 3-4 tablespoons Franks Wing sauce **depends on how spicy you want it

  • 2 tablespoons fat free ranch

Directions:

  1. Chop cooked chicken up and add all ingredients in food processor.

  2. Pulse until chicken is in tiny little pieces and cottage cheese is blended throughout.

  3. Enjoy!

Made these with pumpkin puree (didn't have cocoa or jam) Added in cinnamon, nutmeg and clove. Not bad for someone who is emphatically not a baker. Right around 100 calories a cookie.
