Cooking Instructions


Ingredients:

  • Handful of blueberries
  • 150g non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder (Or any flavor you have available)

Directions:

  1. Mix yogurt with protein powder in a bowl.

  2. Add blueberries (or any fruit) on top for added flavor.
