Cooking Instructions


  • 200ml almond milk
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • A sprinkle of cinnamon
  • 2 drops vanilla extract



  1. Put all ingredients into a blender.

  2. Blend well, until all ingredients are mixed together to form a fine liquid.
