Cooking Instructions
Ingredients:
2 15-ounce cans Bush’s reduced sodium black beans or navy beans, well drained
½ cup grated reduced fat cheddar (2% )
3/4 cup finely chopped green onions (4 green onions)
1/3 cup diced canned green chilies
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1-3 teaspoon Tabasco sauce (more or less, as desired)
1/2 cup sour cream
salsa fresco on top (optional)
Directions:
In food processor combine beans, green onions, green chilies, chili powder, garlic powder, cumin, tabasco sauce, cheese and non-fat sour cream.
You can either heat in sauce pan or microwave or serve as is.
Top with salsa fresco if desired.
