Cooking Instructions
Ingredients:
3/4 cup of egg whites
1/2 scoop of BSN Syntha-6 Whey (Banana flavour)
1/3 cup of gluten-free rolled oats
dash (1/2 tsp) of cinnamon
Walden Farms Calorie Free Pancake Syrup
Directions:
In a Magic Bullet (or blender), blend the egg whites, BSN Syntha-6 Whey, Rolled Oats and cinnamon.
Place the batter onto a non-stick skillet over medium heat (or use non-stick cooking spray).
Flip the pancake (with a big spatula) after a few minutes (when you can see the bottom has turned golden brown). Cook the opposite side for a few minutes until it also turns golden brown.
Plate the pancake and drizzle with sugar-free/calorie-free pancake syrup.
